Spencer and Hepburn are brother and sister.  Spencer is very outgoing with people and other cats, and he likes to play a lot.  As soon as he starts to be pet he will begin to purr.   Spencer is VERY FRIENDLY, loves to be held like a baby and will make a wonderful pet for children.
